"Copy New Photos Only"

When using Incremental Ingest : Copy New Photos Only, what happens if I download the first set of images from my card, delete some shots on my laptop only,
put the card back in my camera, shoot more, and download again with the same " Copy New Photos Only " checked? Will the deleted photos on my laptop, which ares still on my card,be downloaded once again?

No, they should not be downloaded again.
