« on: January 22, 2018, 10:12:49 AM »
Hi,
one question reagarding metadata management in PM: If I write Metadata Changes into an Jpeg Files via PM, does this decrease the picture quality due to compression?
Thanks!

No, the file is not re-compressed.  PM can update/insert metadata on JPEG files without decoding and encoding the image.  This is true for all image formats that PM supports.
