PM 5 minimised to taskbar very slow to respond

Using Windows 10 and when I minimise PM 5 to the taskbar at the bottom of the screen it is often very slow to respond when I try to maximise it again. Is this something to do with my windows settings?

Any suggestions would be welcome.

When you resume PM, it rescans all of the folders being browsed by your open contact sheets.  This can take significant time if you have several tabs open/or any tab has a large number of images in it.
