Hello support,
Laptop crashed. Result, Uninstall programs including Microsoft etc.
Purchased P/Mech 5, oi the 28th December 2017.

License Key   ----Yes
Number Of Seats   1
Seats Activated   0
Order    ....Yes

I have gone through the..... "To reinstall: look for a file ‘PM5setupR19395.exe"

Is not uploading or operating.
I believe I have to receive a new Licence Key etc???
Please help. Culling and Uploading via L/Room...........I'm into the next day.

How bad was the crash? Did you have to do a clean install of everything? If not, then just downloading the installer from the camerabits website and running it should work.

If you needed to reinstall the laptop completely or if you are now using a new laptop, you can still just install and activate PM using your original license. In this case, however, you might need to ask Camerabits to manually disable the activation of PM for your original laptop so that it no longer counts as active (so still allowing you to install PM onto a second machine).

Download the applicable version for your system here: http://www.camerabits.com/downloads/

Reinstall and activate.  Each license starts with three activations so you should be fine.
