Not able to start using Uploader to SmugMug

Mac OS 10.13.4
Photo Mechanic Photo Mechanic Version 5.0, build 19395 (69a3200)
Trying to use Uploader to SmugMug for first time but cannot get past this point.
I do have a gallery created on SmugMug but the button on PM5 for Create New Gallery does not do anything, and I'm not sure how to proceed.  Is there a detailed guide how to do this?  Apologize, but I did not find it.
Appreciate guidance.

Looks like you might have a DNS problem; the error message underneath the dialogue at least indicates some sort of problem in that area.
