Find and replace - whole word or exact phrase option

Further to my question in the Support forum, I would like to see an option in Find and Replace to be able to target whole words or exact phrases only.  In the example I gave there, I would like to be able to find and replace the keyword “Europe” without affecting the keyword “European” in the same set of files.

And I will add to this counting numbers of letters and words in fields, mentioned in another recent post on the support forum.
