Stationery Pad not appearing in drop down list

I created a Stationery pad for a set of photos.

I then used this to create a new set of data and save it under another name but the new name doesn't appear in the drop down list.

When asked to save, I save it to the relevant picture folder but it looks like it's saving as a text file so when I click to apply it it doesn't work.

How do I set up new Stationery pads and how and where do I save them.

Did you save the IPTC Stationery Pad using the "Save" button or by using the Snapshot button (lightning bolt button)?

If you used the Save button then you need to use the Load button to load it.  If you used the Snapshot button to save it then you can load it by selecting it from the drop down menu.
