GPS during Ingest

When I'm downloading in the field, I am setting the ingest to go to 2 different destinations, and once it completes, I apply GPS coordinates to all the images via a GPX file. Is there any way to set it up to apply GPS data during the ingest, so that I only have to do the GPX file process once?

No.  If you really want both sets of images to be the same, then copy your images to the second destination after you finish your modifications.  Don't use the second destination option in Ingest.
