PM6 App crash

I have PM set to open on inserting a card into my card reader (with the app closed on Windows 10) both times the app has briefly flashed up and then crashed with bugsplat asking to send a report.

Please file those crash reports!  They are immensely helpful to us.

If you can also enter information about what was going on at the time of the crash and steps to reproduce the problem and any preconditions needed then that is even more helpful.
