Unnecessary change Build 3023

Unnecessary and annoying change between "New folder inside this folder" and "Remove"
edit: Anyway, those shortcuts like "Ctrl-Shift+N" does not work "

Bug noted with regard to "Cntl-Shift+N" not working. Thank you for the feedback.
