What is the Globe icon in IPTC panel next to location fields?

I can't find user manuals for this. How do you use the Globe icon in IPTC panel next to location fields??

Is it GPS locations or referring to global template?

It's the new Reverse Geocoding feature.  If your images have GPS coordinates in them then clicking on those buttons such that they're in their highlighted state will cause the GPS coordinates contained within the photo to be looked up on our server and the field that the button corresponds to will be filled in with the information that maps to that coordinate.  If nothing is found then the existing name will remain.
