Raw preferences in PM6?

I'm a newbie, so I'm sure the answer is obvious, but I couldn't find it in recent forum posts.

Where is the Raw rendering preferences panel in PM6? The PM5 manual implies that it's in the Preferences section:

That was changed for PM6.  That section of the Preferences dialog no longer exists in PM6.  The closest analogue for it is the "Render Cache" section of the Preferences dialog in PM6.
