Disk Cache and Render Cache

Hi,
I would like to know what you would suggest as number of days in Preferences dialogues.

in Caching:
"Remove cached files that are older than ... days old."
"Remove cache entries that are older than ... days old.

in Render Cache:
Remove cached files that are older than ... days old.

Right now I use Disk Cache size and Render Cache size as suggested in Preferences panes.

Right now I use Disk Cache size and Render Cache size as suggested in Preferences panes.

How frequently do you revisit the same set of files?  Many times over a number of days?  Use that number of days.  Never revisit files?  Set it to 1 and Empty on Quit.

It's entirely up to you and your usage patterns.
