Two Images Adding to Collections

Up to now, when I add images to collection, it adds one version of each image.  With the current build, it is adding two copies of each image to a collection.  And when I try to delete the duplicates, it deletes all images from the collection.

I figured it out.  I had two catalogs selected into which I had placed the same images.  So it doubled the images in the collection.
