Latest Build?

The Announcements Forum says that Build 3291 for Windows is now available. Looking at my copy of Photo Mechanic it says that I'm running Build 3331 (38ae33c) [unmerged]. Since 3331 is a higher number than 3291 is my build the absolute latest available or should I download and update to 3291.
