HTML export watermark issues in 4.5
« on: April 10, 2007, 02:54:04 PM »
Kirk,

Still having issues with the watermark option in 4.5. (We talked on the phone while it was still in beta) I can't seem to get it to display with the same consistency as it did with earlier versions. It seems to display differently on vertical images and no matter what I do, it just does not seem to be working properly. Perhaps I am missing something.

This linked page was made with the 4.4, and I am unable to duplicate the results with 4.5. Any ideas?

Have you tried the Pixels option?  It should make very consistently-sized watermarks.

Still can't get it to work right. Even using pixel mode, the size is still not consistent. The horizontal images show much larger watermarks than the vertical images.

Please post your settings.  And tell me the size of your horizontal and vertical images.

Thanks,

The latest attempt is 10%, at 600x600 pixels. Here is a link to the results.

I can't get the sizes to match on the horizontal and vertical images. Perhaps I just don't understand how the sizing should work, could you please clarify. Below is a link to a html gallery created with a previous version of PM, and the sizes are more consistent with the V and H images. Not sure what size settings I used for the that one.

Please try the Pixels option and it should make similarly sized watermarks.  You need to choose a pixel size that is not larger than the width of the final images or the pixel size will be automatically reduced to fit the destination image.
