"SET SORT TYPE" pull down menu

PM 4.5, MacOSX, 10.3.9 - The "SET SORT TYPE" pull down menu above a contact sheet will not allow me to edit custom... and will not sort the thumbnails correctly when I change the menu. Can you advise?

This appears to be a 10.3.9-only issue.  We can reproduce it only on a 10.3.9 system.  I'll see what I can do to fix it for the first update.
