Drag and Drop collections for organizing

It’s great we can now reorganize collections. It’d be nice if we could drag and drop them collections to organize them. Note I’m not talking about dragging images into a collection, but organizing collections and sub collections in the collections pane.

Unfortunately due to some issues in the framework we're using to provide the UI for Catalog features, we cannot do drag and drop reordering.  We tried, hard.  What we have in place now is likely to be the solution.
