Removing photos from catalog without Add/Modify enabled

Windows 10 PMP Build 4666

1. Untick Add/Modify on all your catalogs
2. Select a large number of photos
3. Right-click and select Remove Items From Catalog
4. A message pops up saying getting metadata for selected items
5. Only when step 4 is complete do you get a message that you need a catalog in Add/Modify mode.

This is backwards and PMP should check that there is a catalog in Add/Modify mode first before doing anything.  Step 4 can take a long time too.
