Sort order options do not include Arrangement

 I don't see the option of sorting by Arrangement? Does PM Plus Beta not include that? If not, why?

Only Collections can be sorted by Arrangement.  Searches/Filters/Browse cannot be Arranged.

You can make a Collection from any Catalog-based tab and then rearrange the photos.
