lost ability to paste into search box

Hi,

This beta seems to have lost the ability to paste text into the search box. When you type as badly as I do........

Photo Mechanic Plus Version 6.0, build 4910 (de2d622)  on Mac 10.13.6

I was going to mention this also, but in my experience this isn't something that was lost in this new build. I've never been able to paste into the search box in any of the PM+ builds.
Also, I'm in the habit of using Command-A and delete to quickly clear the search box, but Command-A doesn't work either.

None of the keyboard shortcuts have ever worked in the Search field (or any other text-based field in the Catalog UI) in any of the betas.  I plan to tackle this problem again soon.

... meaning that up to this point, without realizing it, Brain Boy here has actually typed whatever search term was gleaned from a general query into the box for the more specific search he was setting out to do.

Yay! Thanks, that's very helpful. Just one minor point still... if you Select All on whatever is in the search field, then hit the delete key to clear the field, nothing happens. For some reason you have to hit delete a second time before it works.

Interesting.  OK, I'll try and reproduce it, but it's possible that I won't be able to fix that quirk.
