I have tried this on two Win 10 laptop computers with the latest version of PM.
Well, in zoom mode (Z or *) of Preview, if I have the Crop tool selected and then I hit spacebar + left click to move selection with the touchpad, it does not work.
With the mouse attached to the laptop it works very well (by the way, it is a great feature)
