Structured Keywords Question

I downloaded a free structured keyword list and then imported into PM+

When browsing the catalog with the keyword toggle open, I don't see any structure, it's just a list (see my attachments). Question - shouldn't the keywords maintain their structure in the browser? Did I set up something correctly?

None of the red items (with tilde (~)) are going to be applied since they're categories.  Without a sample image with keywords applied being provided, I can't tell what's going on.  Please share an image that you have applied at least one two (or more) level deep keyword path.  Then I can look at the metadata directly.

Kirk, I figured out what I'm doing wrong - I needed to check the box that says use separator between keywords
