Add Folders to Collection?

Is there a way to add entire folders to a Collection?

I know I can choose a collection and then search/filter/browse and select all, right-click and choose Add to Collection.

For example, I have folders:
Canada 2008
Canada 2009
Singapore 2010
Singapore 2011

I would want a Collection for Canada and another for Singapore. Other than browsing via Folder Path and select all, can I select the folder(s) it/themselves vs the contents?

No, there is currently no way to add a folder to a collection.
