File sorting switches itself to Capture time

Hi, when I try to sort files in folder view (in catalog) to any other, than Capture time, it switches itself to capture time, after I delete image in this view. It is very annoying :)

OS X Big Sur, latest stable release. I can provide video file with this happening, if you need

It doesnt switch from Filename sorting, though.

This happens on search switches from filename to capture time, Preference is set to sort by file name. Big Sur 11.1 it did this in Catalina also.
