« on: January 03, 2021, 12:13:02 PM »
Is it possible to Browse folders incatalog and select different filters? Like somewhat folder, than year (and PM filter this folder to this specific year), than Color label, for example?

Yes, please see the attached image below.  I created a New filter, changed it from Stars to Folder Path and selected a folder path.  Then I held down the Shift key and clicked on the filter type menu button (the one that says "Folder Path") and chose "Capture Time".  Then I selected 2014.  Then I held down the Shift key and clicked on the filter type menu button (the one that says "Capture Time") and chose "Color Class".  It can be done rather quickly.

HTH,

Thanks, I was trying to do with multiple select in Browse tab, and selection was added on top, now I am understand. By the way, it is impossible to use Filter tab, when catalog is adding images, it folds itself, user cant expand

What I am doing wrong?
I selected Capture date in 2009 year, and folders, when I want to see all photos taken in 2009. But I see photos definetely not taken in 2009

Can you post a sample file that has a capture time that wasn't in the year 2009 that shows up in the results?

Thanks,

Good morning Kirk,

I appreciate you explaining that.  I would not have figured that out.  Is what you shared documented or are there instructions?

Thanks,

Cedric

I created that specifically to answer the question posed at the start of the thread.  I've now requested that our documentation person add the above (likely with different screenshots) to the documentation.
