Side-By-Side Contact Sheets do not show Star and Colour filters

On windows, when placing Contact sheets side-by-side you cannot get to the star and colour filters without adjusting the size of the contact sheet window.

Would you be able to provide some means of making these filters visible such as multi-line filter bar?
