If you've moved an entire folder hierarchy from one disk to another, you don't need to rebuild the catalog.  You just need to tell the catalog where the new location is for the folder that it currently (the one that is no longer valid) is referencing.

In the Browse tab of the Organizer, open the Folder Paths sub-tree and find the folder that is now in a new location.  Right-click on it and select the "Choose new location..." command.  Use the folder-picker dialog to navigate to the new folder and choose it.

That should do it.  If it doesn't work, we would like to know what the old path was and what the new path is.  Before you do that though, if you were to turn on CATALOG_DEBUG_LOGGING, it would gather the most useful information for us.  You can do this by going to the Help menu and choosing the "Edit Debug Settings..." command and then setting the checkbox next to CATALOG_DEBUG_LOGGING, clicking the Close button and restarting Photo Mechanic Plus.  Then choose the new location for your old location as directed above.

You should also be on the latest build of Photo Mechanic Plus (5820) which is available here: http://forums.camerabits.com/index.php?topic=14152.0
