PM6+ 5820 (a6fdbc) and High Sierra.
When I rename a just ingested folder (inside PM6) the files in the browser lose their green "in catalog" status icon.
I am adding the files to the catalogue on ingest, and PM6 is creating the dated subfolder where the files are ingested into.
The ingest folder is called "2021-06-08"
Status indicator is green (images in the main browser and in catalogue when browsing by capture time appear with a green status indicator)
If I rename the folder to "2021-06-08 Stourhead"
Status indicator is now an empty circle (images in the main browser and in catalogue when browsing by capture time appear with an empty status indicator)
If I rename the folder back to "2021-06-08"
Status Indicator returns to green (images in the main browser and in catalogue when browsing by capture time appear with a green status indicator)
It seems to be a bug introduced with the latest update. Unless this is to do with something I have missed, as adding some descriptive descriptive text to the folder name after ingest, has been my practice with PM and now PM6+ for years.
If I rename the folder and then do a quick sync, this turns the status indicator green for all the files that had an empty status indicator (but were still visible in the catalogue). However, it also duplicates the files.
So in this specific example I go from 40 files with an empty status indicator to 80 files with a green status indicator.
Hopefully, that makes sense.
As an aside, is there a quick way of finding and deleting the duplicates from the catalogue?
Cheers,
Graham
