This may be a Lightroom issue but I find that my RAW files look sharper when viewed straight out of camera in PM than they do after i drop them into Lightroom from PM before any editing.  I'm wondering if PM shows the images as a Jpeg preview created from the RAW files ?
Thanks

PM uses the embedded JPEG preview in RAW files for display.  They are optionally sharpened if you have set the "Sharpen previews" checkbox in the Preview page of the Photo Mechanic Preferences dialog.
