Photo Mechanic Plus does not run on Windows 11 (beta build)

Unfortunately I got into the Windows Insider program and my PC is stuck with the latest build of Windows 11 beta (version 21H2 OS build 22000.194).

I just downloaded the latest version of Photo Mechanic Plus (R6097) and it fails whenever I try to open the program. I have a 2019 custom build Windows PC with a super fast Intel processor and 32 GB RAM and terabytes of storage. I don't think this is due to lack of resources.

The previous version of Photo Mechanic Plus (the most recent prior version) had the same problem.  On Windows 10 I never had an issue like this with Photo Mechanic Plus since it was released.

Fortunately for me I am not a professional photographer so I can live without Photo Mechanic Plus for a while.

I want to draw this to your attention so that you are not deluged with this issue beginning October 5th.

I believe that PMP has been sending you error logs of my problems.

Hopefully this is something that will be easy to fix!

So after trying 5 times to open Photo Mechanic Plus, now it loads fine, repeatedly.

I didn't change any settings in my computer.

So we can close this thread and hopefully this issue won't occur for anyone else!

I saw your crash reports.  Do you happen to have multiple monitors on your system?
