Hi, I have a new laptop M1 Macbookpro, BigSur11.6, have installed PM, latest version, exported prefs from desktop MacPro Intel 5.1, de-activated license on other older macbook.
Issue is that when inserting camera card in reader (either sandisk USB C reader through FW4 or Sonnettech Echo11 FW4 dock reader) PM doesnt activate ingest window. Card mounts to desktop and can manually check for ingest, specify destination locations (2 USB3 drives through Sonnet Dock), PM scans, then gives green download complete without having downloaded anything at all (red if incremental download checked) have tried many variations, would like this to all wor as it does on my desktop (very old but useful) MacPro.
