Canon R3 FTP files without IPTC

I bought a Canon R3 and now when i F TP files they arrived without IPTC when i do the exact thing with the 1dx mark3 everthing works well

It is likely that the metadata is stored in an XMP sidecar file (same base name as your CR3 file).  Check the directory for the XMP file.
