Catalogue Updates when External Editor Deletes Files

Hi,

I am sorry if this seems a basic question, but I can't seem to work out a system to help with my work flow.

I import all my photos and caption them in PM+ I then add them to a catalogue.

I then import the files (in their locations) into Capture One. From here I delete images I don't need from the disk.

How do I get PM+ to re catalogue the folder, so that deleted ones are removed from the catalogue?

Use Catalog Sync in Full sync mode.

It has an option to create a collection of added/missing/offline items.  You'll only need the missing items option.  When it completes, go to the Collections tab and open the newly-created collection and double-click on the "Missing" item.  All of the images that appear are the ones that have been found missing.  You can select them and remove them from the catalog.

Do you mean to have an option to auto "Remove from Catalog" when items are discovered to be missing?

If so, feel free to make a Feature Request.
