Peter,

1st time using Filezilla, but I think it worked ok.
I've uploaded:
cat_state.sq3
catalog.pmdb
These are from my RAW files PM catalogue. I have other catalogues, but haven't sent those.

Thanks.  I got your zip archive.  Can you tell me the full path to one of the files that shows as offline when it is actually online?

Peter,

Example photo file path:
E:\ALL RAW FILES\2013\2013-8-16\_DSC4207.NEF

Thanks.  Do you have variants of that file but they're called "_DSC4207 4.NEF"

Hi Kirk,
Yes. I did a search of all the RAW files and attach the results:

You mentioned that you have multiple catalogs.  Are some images included in more than one catalog?  Specifically, is the "E:\ALL RAW FILES\2013\2013-8-16\_DSC4207.NEF" image in more than just the catalog you sent me?

Hi Kirk,
I didn't think there was, but just checked and yes there are some files in duplicate catalogues.

Is "E:\ALL RAW FILES\2013\2013-8-16\_DSC4207.NEF" no longer at that path?  In your screenshot it looks like it is now at "F:\ALL RAW FILES\2013".  This would mean that the drive had changed and it changed which folder it resides.

Hi Kirk,

You're right. I'd forgotten that I have 2 seprate external drives (E & F) with identical photos copied to each. I tried PM months ago and haven't used it until recently, hence the mistake. I'm only just starting to use it seriously.
I think maybe the best option would to start again with a new catogue and see where I am then?
Regards,
Peter

Possibly.  I just fixed a bug where "Reintegrate Forgotten Catalog" (or the reintegrate phase of a Full mode Catalog Sync) would find images on other drives when the drive that had contained the images was temporarily offline.  I can get you a build with that problem fixed, or you can wait for an official release.

But if you don't have any time spent in sets of Collections, or any other big time investment in those other catalogs, you could start over.

Hi Kirk,
Although starting over again wouldn't be too onerous for me, I'd be interested in trying the new build you mentioned.

Peter

Please give this build a try: https://www.camerabits.com/download/PMPlusSetupR6301_f52dc16a.msi

It may be best to delete the cat_state.sq3 file (you can just rename it or move it somewhere else) before you perform the Reintegrate Forgotten Catalog operation(s) on your catalog(s).

Hi Kirk,
New version still showing read only images. Created a new catalogue and that's working fine.
