Live Ingest not ingesting

I have been using Live Ingest.  The 2 Sony A9ii would send to two different folders and Live Ingest would pick up the Jpgs fine, no problem.  But the Jpgs from the Sony A9 would be going into 1 folder with one of the Sony A9ii, but Live Ingest will not ingest them.  Any Ideas why???

In the top right of the Live Ingest window, there is a checkbox that says "JPEG: Wait X sec. maximum if JPEG completeness is in question".

If you enable this checkbox (you'll want the time to be a bit longer if the images are being transferred to the source folder via a slow connection), does Live Ingest work for those images?
