Move Keword structure

Is there an easy way, in batch, to move one keyword structure to another keyword structure

I have this structure:

Event
   Year
      Event1
      Event2
      etc
   Year1
      Event1
      Event2
      etc
      
into this structure:

Year
   Event
      Event1
      Event2
      etc.
Year1
   Event
      Event1
      Event2
      etc.

I already have assigned the structure to my images, so I want to assign the new structure to my images.
