Can no longer rotate images

Help!  For some reason, I can no longer rotate images on the contact sheets or Preview.  Not from the rotate arrows OR under the "IMAGE" heading.   Suggestions?

If you have build 6424, revert back to an older build (6375).  If not, then please tell me what build you have.
