IPTC Stationary pad sets incorrect date

Running PMSetup4.5.1b0503.exe on a Windows XP system:

When using the IPTC stationary pad to set the date using the "Date" selection, a value of 5/2/2007 is always stored in the image regardless of the value entered in the stationary pad.
