controlled vocabulary help

I am starting to add my own controlled vocabulary terms to the data already there but it keeps sending me back to the main box and it takes alot of time to go all the way though the feilds to add one thing and do it again is there any way to add text in an easier fashion?

I'm not sure what you mean by "sending me back to the main box"?  Could you post a couple of screenshots that illustrate the problem?

I just found out i could save the file and then open it in text editor, its much easier to do that now so no problems now, thanks
