Please, How to overwrite the file when in the saving process exists a file with the same filename?
I only can find to add some letter or number...

There is no facility for overwriting an image.  It is against our philosophy which protects users from accidental loss of images.  If you want to workaround this, you could rename the image, save as the old name, and delete the renamed image.
