Importing Ratings from Photo Mechanic to Capture One

Is there a way to use Photo Mechanic to rate images with stars, and then import those images with their ratings into the latest version of Capture One?  I use a MacBook Pro running Ventura OS and the latest version of Photo Mechanic.  Thank you.

Note that it was written in 2020. I doubt anything has changed in Capture One since that time in regards to how metadata is written, but I also don't have their software. I can tell you that everything related to Photo Mechanic in there remains accurate.
