I have two verions of Capure one

Hello
I got two versions of Capure one.

One licence I am using with A Camon 5D IV the other is for my Fujifilm GFX 50sII camera.  Can I set up PM to work with both of them to edit the photos, please? This on Window 10 PC

Use "Assign specific editing application for each file type" in Launching preferences to set the editor that gets launched for each file type.
