Code Replacement stopped working PM6

I've been using PM for years and years and always used code replacement for sports. As soon as I moved to PM6 it would no longer work.  I am using build 6784 with Mac Ventura 13.2.1.  I've checked the delimiter and everything is set properly.
I have always downloaded files from CodeReplacements.com and it has always been fine until now.  I have also built my own list and still no good.  I have attached two sample files.
I have also re-installed the program several times-no good.

I tried 2 random entries from each code replacement file and they both worked for me. Is there a reason that there are slashes on every other line in one of the files? Not that it should cause an issue, but it is not necessary to make the file work as a code replacement file.

ARGOSroster.txt looks like it was edited in Word or some other program that isn't a pure text editor.

I really like BBEdit as a plain text editor. The free version works wonderfully for something like code replacements: https://www.barebones.com/products/bbedit/index.html
