Is there any way to increase the text size in the IPTC dialog box? Sometimes on my macbook it's a little hard to see (especially after a long day on the computer).

Hi Ben,

  The Caption field can have the font size increased by up to 200%. Just go to the Accessibility preference page and use the Font scale for IPTC Caption field menu, at the upper left. This is only for the Caption field.
