How to open multiple folders in one contact sheet?

I have figured out how to open more than one folder into an open contact sheet. Is it possible to perform this on several folders without selecting them one by one? In other words, I want to open 20 folders into one contact sheet, I'd prefer not to have to select them one after another to achieve this result.

You can open folders and all of their subfolders, but opening multiple folders on different hierarchies is a one-at-a-time process.
