This has been reported a few times in the past and the most common problem comes from extra characters saved in the fields that are not visible due to extra leading carriage returns. If you look to the right of the problem field(s) do you see a scrollbar? If so then there is text not visible in the field. You should be able to select the extra text in the Metadata Template fields and delete it. If you are still having problems, can you email the Metadata Template load file to support@camerabits.com Attn - Bob?
