4.5.1 and controlled vocabulary

maybe I misunderstood, but I thought I read that this new version would support controlled vocabulary for windows???

I don't see how to do it, so I assume it doesn't, but then I'm wrong about a lot of things, so thought I should double check with the gurus here...

No.  4.5.1 and 4.5.1.1 were bug fix releases.  No real new features.  Just stability improvements.
