Page not refreshing on loading new images

Hi
Recently I have found that when I add new images to a folder or edit existing ones in Photoshop they do not update on the Photomechanic contact sheet page. Clicking on Refresh has no effect. I have to close the contact sheet and then reopen it to find the new/updated images. I am sure in the past the updating happened automatically after a few seconds....or am I mistaken?

Did you also try "rescan"?

'Refresh' checks for new metadata on the images of the Contact Sheet; that command will not find new items. Rescan is the command you want to find new images in a folder that you are viewing as a Contact Sheet.

Is "Rescan on Resume" enabled in Photo Mechanic's Contact Sheet preferences?
