Photo Mechanic Plus Version 6.0, build 6890 (ffcbb4c)

Good evening folks I hope you are all well.

Using the above version of PM on a 27" iMac and when I checked for a software update the message stated that there is a new update and invited me to install.

Closed PM and then installed the update. However, there appears to be a glitch and when I check the programme it keeps telling me there is an update etc, etc.

Am I doing something wrong?

iMac Sanoma 14.3.1 using intel chip and 64 Gb ram

Its possible that you have multiple versions installed and are launching the wrong one or have a shortcut pointing to the wrong one.

Go to your Applications folder and Delete anything called "Photo Mechanic Plus"
Download the installer again from www.camerabits.com/downloads and install it again.
If you launch the application that you just installed, your Mac will likely tell you it's the first time you've opened this application, and when it launches you should be on build 7102.
